RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orchid & Ember Boutique processes all merchandise returns for store credit ONLY. The only exception is for damaged merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns, including the original shipping charge on your order and return shipping to us.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

JEWELRY, BRALETTES and SWIM ARE FINAL SALE.

ANY ITEMS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE APPLIED AT OR ABOVE 20% VALUE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. We may allow exchanges for sizing on items ordered with a discount code but we will not honor an exchange for store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any odors, stains or scents to be approved for a return. Any items not in AS NEW condition will be returned to sender.

Please inspect all other merchandise upon arrival. Contact us within 14 days of shipment at hello@orchidandemberboutique.com to initiate an exchange. Once your return is received, you can expect to receive a gift card sent via email. Exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days and/or without an email approval.
